Generally, bookings during weekends works best for us. Weekday jobs are available upon request with limited availability. Please submit a booking form and we can figure out what works best.
We operate from Hayward in Alameda County, although past customers have been helped in cities as far as Pacifica, Antioch, and San Jose. In general, if your city is +25 miles out from Hayward, we charge a $50 convenience fee.
We offer a discount of $25 for returning customers.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any reduction in price if customers wish to opt out of certain toppings.
We do vegan and vegetarian options upon request. For example, in the past we have substituted our Al Pastor with bell peppers, onions, and zucchini.
W are pretty flexible when it comes to setup and clean up. Electricity being available is a plus but not required.
The day of your event, you can expect the following:
Step 1. Setup/Cook Time (1.5-2 hours)
Step 2. Serve Time (2.5 hours; last-call announcement made in last half hour) - Extra charge if customer wishes for serving time to exceed 2.5 hours.
Step 3: Cleanup Time (1 hour)
No, setup time is strictly reserved for food and serving station preparation. The customer does not pay for setup or clean time.
Yes, we provide plates, napkins, and plasticware for event guests.
Our salsa bar, beans, and rice are self-serve unless otherwise requested. Meat and tortillas are not self-serve.
We pack everything up in to-go containers (that we provide) and leave it for you at the end.
If you want us to stay more than 2 hours, every additional hour is an extra $30/employee. There are typically 2 employees, although this depends on party size.
15% gratuity will be added to all bookings. A $200 deposit will be due before we can finalize your invoice and put you on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due the day of. We will not begin service until payment is processed.
